Our firm can resolve construction disputes through negotiation, arbitration and litigation.  We strive to resolve disputes short of litigation through mediation or otherwise, to the benefit of our clients.  We develop and present claims for additional compensation due to changes, delays and unforeseen conditions.  We regularly practice before state courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution panels.  Liens are often the best way for a contractor to protect its completed work and we are skilled in filing and pursuing same to judgment.
